Wanderzone Tours is a local Namibia Tour Safari Operator and Facilitator, owned and managed by a young indigenous woman entrepreneur Rebekka Hidulika, who has many years of tourism experience both local and international.
We specialize in a great variety of safaris that combine both the cultural aspect and wildlife and nature of our beautiful country.
Wanderzone Tours is dedicated in enhancing our guests experience of Namibia rich ethnic, cultural diversity. As an operator, safaris takes you to remote and rural communities of Namibia where you will get an opportunity to interact with local people and get to know more about their cultures and our tours are conducted in a non-intrusive of privacy and non-offensive manner. And as a facilitator we have a wide selection of tours and safaris from reputable and highly experienced operators with a vast knowledge about Namibia, its environment and the inhabitants.
History, culture and heritage are the bond of any society. With this in mind our services offer visitors to Namibia an experience of Namibian ways of life in their own environments and at the same time we want to preserve our culture and heritage for the next generations to come.
We fully support the concept of pro poor tourism, we believe that whilst our guests visit communities of Namibia, the locals should benefit directly or indirectly by ways of creating employments i.e. let the locals do the guiding in their own communities or supporting local initiatives e.g. crafts and consumable services. Apart from being members of Namibia Community Based Association (NACOBTA), we support various community projects by letting our visitors volunteer at organisations such as: the Moira Grace shelter, Ombili Soup Kitchen and the Tsintsabis San community project.
