Bookings terms and conditions

Bookings terms when joining a safari:
It is the clients responsibility to be available at a pre-arranged time and at a pre-arranged location

• Only written reservation requests will be accepted
• Acceptance of Wanderzone Tours offers to be confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit on the full booking value.
• Balance payments due 30 days prior to commencement of Wanderzone Tours Services.
  
• Reservations to be made within 30 days prior to commencement of Wanderzone Tours services are to be paid in full upon receipt of Wanderzone Tours confirmations.
• Cancellations of services become valid on the day of receipt of the written notification by Wanderzone and attract the following cancellation charges:

Up to 91 days prior commencement of Wanderzone Tours services: 35%
90 to 61 days prior: 35%
60 to 31 days prior: 65%
30 to 0 days prior & no show: 100% of the total value of services affected by the cancellation.
Please note: It is the customers sole responsibility to make arrangements for comprehensive travel and medical insurance cover prior to arrival in Namibia. Wanderzone Tours cannot be held responsible for service amendments and curtailments for reasons beyond our control.
